Why should I contribute to A More Perfect Union?
Your contribution to A More Perfect Union will help women who are recovering from lethal addictions, domestic abuse and homelessness to reclaim their lives - lives we risk losing to poverty, hopelessness and economic dependency. By giving generously, you will increase the likelihood that these women-at-risk will complete their rehabilitation and treatment successfully. You will be supporting them to become self-reliant, productive members of society.

Our highly effective, targeted program provides this critical population with needed training in: taking charge of their own lives, being responsible for their communication and behaviors, setting and fulfilling goals, and connecting with other women. Our program is presented entirely by trained volunteers at no cost to the facility or to the participants.

What will A More Perfect Union do with my donation?
We will use your financial contribution to make a significant difference in the lives of the women we serve. We will put your donation to work to:

• produce program materials
• train our volunteers
• recruit more volunteers, expand our program and reach more women-at-risk
• support operational expenses
• educate treatment facility personnel about the benefits of our program
• develop assessment systems to measure our program's impact
• develop case studies
